INTRODUCTION

First, our project was about leadership and teambuilding. It held at SJK(C) Kampung Nalla on week 9, 16 March 2018. The project started at 11a.m until 5.30 p.m. The overall students in the school are about 100 students. There are 60 students, which are from standard three to standard six that participated in our project. The theme of our project was “To instill leadership among the kids”.

            Our objective was to enrich leadership skills among the students during the project. They will know how to give instruction clearly so that they can achieve goal effectively. In the project, they will learn how to lead a group and improve their leading skills. At the same time, they will learn the importance of teamwork.

            Furthermore, to nurture the kids to become a future leader among team members was known as one of the main objectives of this project. In the project, we have prepared some station games that need the team to work as one to achieve the targets and won the games. The students will know how to work together as a team to achieve the common goal.

 ANALYZE THE OVERALL OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT

After finishing this undertaking, we accept this open door to express our feeling of obligation and appreciation to every one of those individuals who helped us in finishing this venture. We are tremendously thankful to our regarded venture guider, Mr. Chew Thiam Siew as without his direction, this undertaking would not have been so achievement. 

As I would see it, this undertaking was exceptionally fruitful and with a happy completion. It has contributed a considerable measure as far as anyone is concerned that has turned out to be an estimation of expansion to us. By finishing this undertaking, we have a more profound comprehension towards the significance of authority and teambuilding. We can investigate ourselves and find our quality and distinctive viewpoints. We have the opportunity to cooperate as a group to take care of a few clashes and issues, for example, issues of transportations, the absence of cash and assets, errand doling out and some contention between the gathering individuals. In any case, with our teambuilding soul, nothing can stop us towards the accomplishment of this undertaking. This brilliant shot had constructed a solid relationship and holding between the undertaking individuals. Each scene and encounters that we have confronted is critical to us and for us to learn to keep in mind the end goal to wind up a more development and the fruitful individual later on.

CONCLUSION

As time passes by, the venture that we held was finished. Numerous recollections were made amid the venture. The task that we do was about administration and teambuilding. Its fundamental goal was to educate a man how to be a decent pioneer and how to enhance synergistic among colleagues in accomplishing shared objectives. There is some input that we heard and got from the group individuals. 

Among the understudies, few of them remarked that this undertaking has helped and shown them a ton. They learned things while playing the recreations. They become acquainted with each different paying little mind to races and ages. Furthermore, their school central said that we as a whole have completed an extraordinary activity, for driving the understudies on the best way to wind up a pioneer and demonstrating to them how a group accomplishes the objective together with cooperation soul. The chief expectation we can sort out more like this sort of occasion to enhance the main aptitudes to understudies. Amid the undertaking, they figure out how to act and play as a group to accomplish a similar objective. This enhances their driving abilities while achieving their objective in the recreations. The venture instructed the understudies to be bargained in a group that will prompt high group cohesiveness. A portion of the guardians felt appreciative while seeing their tyke join and gain from diversions. 

Subsequent to conveying the undertaking, I trust that we as a whole have learned how to mind the others while others are confronting a few difficulties. We learned how to regard each other, look after each other, and help each other while conveying the venture. We learned how to take mind those understudies. Since we as a whole realize that, we can't make this undertaking effective without a group. Amid the undertaking, we have enhanced our intellectual reasoning which helped us in playing out our parts, including tackling issues and crisis cases, for example, wounds, getting the hang of, understanding and focusing. To wrap things up, collaboration makes everything.
