INTRODUCTION First, our project was about leadership and teambuilding. It held at SJK(C) Kampung Nalla on week 9, 16 March 2018. The project started at 11a.m until 5.30 p.m. The overall students in the school are about 100 students. There are 60 students, which are from standard three to standard six that participated in our project. The theme of our project was “To instill leadership among the kids”. Our objective was to enrich leadership skills among the students during the project. They will know how to give instruction clearly so that they can achieve goal effectively.
